What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours before the tour date for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
Do you offer tours in languages other than English?
Yes, we can conduct tours in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. If you need a tour in another language, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
For private tours, we can arrange pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation in central Lisbon. If you're staying outside of the city center, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera to capture the memories!
