Miss Guided LX provides guided tours and travel consultation services with the aim of offering enriching experiences in Portugal. By booking a tour or consultation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

• Participation in tours and activities arranged by Miss Guided LX is voluntary, and guests assume all risks associated with travel, walking tours, and third-party activities.

• We are not liable for personal injuries, accidents, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

• It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are physically capable of participating in the activities.

2. Third-Party Services

• Miss Guided LX may recommend or coordinate with third-party service providers (transportation, accommodations, restaurants, etc.), but we are not responsible for their actions, services, or any issues arising from their operations.

• Any disputes or claims regarding third-party services should be directed to the respective provider.

3. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for disruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

4. Medical & Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all participants obtain adequate travel and medical insurance covering accidents, injuries, trip cancellations, and other unexpected occurrences.

• In case of a medical emergency, all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.

By booking with Miss Guided LX, you acknowledge and accept these terms, releasing us from any liability beyond our direct control.

• Follow local laws and customs.

• Be mindful of cultural sensitivities and respectful when visiting historical sites.

• Avoid littering and contribute to sustainable tourism practices.

2. Punctuality & Group Etiquette

• Arrive on time for scheduled tours and activities.

• If running late, inform the guide as soon as possible.

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the group.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow the guide’s instructions for your safety and the safety of the group.

• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear suited to the tour.

• Avoid reckless behavior that may endanger yourself or others.

4. Responsible Photography

• Always ask permission before photographing locals or private properties.

• Respect any photography restrictions in religious or historical sites.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

• Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior toward fellow guests, staff, or locals will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these guidelines without a refund.
